A few years ago, Godly the Ruler (aka Godwill Oke) was a psychology major and multidisciplinary artist at UW-Madison. Their expansive vision of music — mixing indie rock, EDM, rap, metal and more — has been steadily gaining a following ever since, including a set at Lollapalooza in their home base of Chicago.
