Second in a series of concerts showcasing our fave mid-western artists & performers, sponsored by long-running Sunday night radio program Weekly World Noise on WORT FM.
Gregory Taylor (Madison): A true pioneer of digital synthesis expression, Greg's presence in Madison has always been understated. Although in demand internationally, he rarely performs locally, so I asked him to. On the heels of his new album Randstad on K. Leimer's Palace of Lights, we'll hear Indonesian resonances filtered with a sound-designer's attention to detail.
Repulse Monkey (Mount Horeb): Solo project of Patrick W Best, known for his work with American Primitive Drone legends Pelt. He's been laying low these days, but this is a chance to see some true focus on Indo-Appalachian waves.
Kramer/Woodman/Earhart (Madison): Three local jammers, Erik Kramer, Emili Earhart, & Daniel Woodman. Erik's been killing it solo lately & W/E been droning in the area bars; they're coming together to rip it up with synth aktion.
