Location: 1202 Williamson Street, Social Justice Center Conference Room
Details: All materials and lunch will be provided. We will be teaching from our book on landlord and tenant law in a casual, classroom-style environment. The end of the class will be an orientation in our office, followed by shadowing sessions with experienced counselors.
Housing Counseling
In this role, you will work directly with a diverse group of clients, answering their questions about tenant landlord law and helping them resolve their rental housing problems. This involves learning lots of laws and referrals, so we provide a lot of training and support. We ask that you make a minimum commitment of 3 hours/week for one year. Shifts are scheduled at our main office at 1202 Williamson Street, anytime between 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
