Imagination Center Gala

media release: You're Invited to the Imagination Center Opening Gala!

Thank you for all of your support of libraries in our community. We are particularly proud to announce the opening of the Imagination Center Library, Madison's first library in 26 years. In this challenging time for our community, it is important to celebrate when we fulfill promises to each other. Please join Madison Public Library Foundation on Friday, September 18 from 6-9 p.m for an Opening Gala in celebration of the new Imagination Center at Reindahl Park. We hope that you will help us ring in the start of something transformational by attending this preview event presented by Lake Ridge Bank.

Gala Proceeds Fund the Imagination Center Library Endowment

The Foundation is thrilled to share that, thanks to community support, we have reached the end of our Capital Campaign. Contributions big and small from more than 250 individuals, organizations, and foundations across the city helped us meet our goal. Because of that, all proceeds from the Imagination Center Gala will fund the endowment, creating sustainable, perennial support for library efforts in this new space! Contact Conor Moran for information about supporting the Imagination Center.

Grand Opening Weekend Festivities

If you cannot celebrate with us on the 18th, please join us on September 25 and 26 for the Imagination Center's Grand Opening weekend.

On Friday, September 25, celebrate the opening day of the Imagination Center at Reindahl Park with a ribbon cutting ceremony from 3-4pm.

On Saturday, September 26, everyone is invited for a day of family-friendly events at the newly opened facility from 10am-4pm.
