media release: Enjoy a tasty conversation with Kristin Mitchell of Little Creek Press and dairy farmer and cookbook author, Inga Orth at Mineral Point's Book Kitchen, located in the Republic of Letters bookstore in Mineral Point. Drawing from her new food memoir, "Unpasteurized Inga", Orth and Mitchell will discuss her experiences as a female farmer, her job hosting a PBS series, life as a dairy farmer and cheesemaker, and more. The conversation will be paired with a selection of dishes inspired by Inga’s cookbook. The recipes for the book were tested at The Book Kitchen and photographed by Paul Strabbing in Mineral Point.
