media release: 27 Bones and DJ Dreamgirl present Instar 4: a Celebration of Musicians and Makers on Sunday, 4/27 at High Noon Saloon in downtown Madison. This is the fourth event in the Instar series.

The event will take place from 1:30pm (doors opening at 12:30) to 9:00pm, with a selection of local and regional musicians including Creeping Charlie, The Spine Stealers and the Marques Bovre Tribute Band. Local craftspeople will be vending from 12:30 pm to 6 pm, with the first hour being performance free for those seeking an event with less sensory stimuli. Masks strongly encouraged.

Tickets are available on the High Noon website, and are $10 adv, and $15 at the door.
