Introduction to Ayurveda

press release: Ayurveda is an approach to holistic health originating in India. Ayur means “life” and veda means “science” or “knowledge”, so it is often referred to as a science of life. Ayurveda views each individual as a unique combination of the five elements: ether, air, fire, water, and earth.
