Introduction to Tibetan Buddhism

In this six-class seminar, the rich history, philosophy and meditative traditions of Tibetan Buddhism will be explored. Classes will include presentations by Tergar Practice Leaders Kasumi Kato and Abby Lindemann, as well as guided meditations and discussion. Video teachings by Mingyur Rinpoche will be made available online. There are no prerequisites for the class.
The cost is on a sliding scale of $45 - $90.
