John King, Handphibians
Green County Courthouse Square, Monroe 1016 16th Ave., Monroe, Wisconsin 53566
media release: Singer Singer songwriter John King brings a bit of Nashville to Monroe with raw charm and modern-day twang in a style that is all his own. King blurs the lines with southern rock, country and pop, and some Americana mixed in. He’s written for Hootie and the Blowfish, and shares a booking agent with Blake Shelton. Returning favorite for intermission: the Handphibians with some Brazilian-style percussion.
For 2023, concerts will be on the east side of the square. Our beer garden has been expanded for greater social distancing and greater accessibility. We will also have a second sales area; plus extended serving hours. Food vendors will be on-site.
The summer concert series is generously sponsored by Colony Brands. Intermission is generously made possibly by the John and Katie Baumann Inspiration Project.
