Keep Your Back Strong and Healthy

Learn how to keep back pain at bay at the Verona Public Library on Thursday, February 11, from 7 to 8 p.m. Physical therapist Jo Annyapu will discuss basic back anatomy and simple ways to prevent back injuries while doing daily activities. Participants will also learn exercises and stretches to keep their back and core strong. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel.
