An excellent double bill of versatile rhythm and soul bands holds court at the Majestic to kick off the weekend. Madison's KinFolk features smooth vocal harmonies over music ranging from straight modern R&B to rock and jazz. Visiting from Milwaukee is Shonn Hinton & Shotgun, whose 2020 album Reloaded mixes old-school soul grooves with rock and a side of gospel.
