This new book celebrates the Driftless Region of Wisconsin, home to some of the nation’s finest cheese artisans. Their creations have earned hundreds of state, national, and international awards, and three were even featured on Top Chef: Wisconsin. Co-author Kristin Mitchell will be in at Orange Tree Imports, 1721 Monroe Street on Saturday, April 12  from 1:00 to 3:00 to sign copies and talk about Wisconsin's amazing tradition of cheesemakers. There will be taste samples!
