Ladies Must Swing

press release: Madison’s all-female big band continues its ongoing series of performances for the Badger Honor Flight, welcoming veterans home from their trip to Washington, D.C., to visit the memorials that have been erected in their honor. The Honor Flight Network provides all amenities to the veterans, including all transportation, meals and lodging, and the veterans are accompanied by volunteer guardians who make sure they stay with the group and take care of any special needs. Ladies Must Swing will perform from 6:30 PM until the plane is completely unloaded and all are reunited with family. This is a public event, and all are welcome.
