media release: The Madison Black Chamber of Commerce's 11th Annual Madison Black Restaurant Week took place August 9-16, 2026.
On Sept. 15, celebrate the finale of Madison Black Restaurant Week (MBRW) as we Savor the Flavor and reveal this year’s community-voted favorites!
Join us as we close out Madison Black Restaurant Week with a celebration of flavor, culture, and community pride. The Final Event brings together food lovers, chefs, restaurateurs, and supporters for an evening honoring the Black‑owned restaurants, caterers, and food businesses that made this week unforgettable.
Throughout the week, the community showed up, tasted boldly, and cast their votes. Now it’s time to Savor the Flavor one last time as we announce the Community Favorite Award winners—a recognition powered entirely by the people who experienced the dishes, the service, and the spirit of MBRW firsthand.
Enjoy good music, great company, and a vibrant atmosphere as we celebrate the culinary excellence across Dane County and South‑Central Wisconsin. This finale is all about connection, gratitude, and lifting up the businesses that continue to shape our city’s cultural and culinary landscape.
Come celebrate the week, honor the winners, and close out Madison Black Restaurant Week with joy, pride, and community energy.
