Zach Raizen, Manager of Security, Privacy, and Risk at the Chicago office of RSM US LLP, and audit, tax and consulting firm, focused on the middle market in the United States and a member of the global accounting network RSM International. Derek Laczniak, Director of Cyber Practice, M3 Insurance, specializes in property and casualty. His primary role is to assist his clients in the design, implementation, and management of their risk management programs. Derek has a strong focus on traditional manufacturing, hi-tech manufacturing, and technology companies, and his particular areas of expertise include technology risks, manufacturing & distribution risks, product liability and cyber liability. He also works with clients to ensure that their coverage continues to meet their changing needs. In addition to managing and growing his book of business, Derek also serves as the Director of Cyber Practice. As such, he serves as a subject matter expert, strategist, and thought leader in this area, and is responsible for sharing information on trends and issues that specifically impact this practice.
