Magic Conch

media release: The Wisconsin Union’s Outdoor UW, Wisconsin Union Directorate (WUD) Music Committee, and Hoofer Outing and Sailing Clubs will host Lakefront Live: Encore, an echo of this summer’s previous lake-facing outdoor concert. Held on the Memorial Union Terrace, the first half of the concert – featuring Madison-based funk-rock band Magic Conch – will face an audience of individuals aboard water and paddlecraft on Lake Mendota. Paddlecraft are available to rent through advance reservations, or audience members can utilize crafts of their own.

The second half of the evening’s live music will feature Americana band The Last Revel and will face the Terrace, where listeners can savor the music from Terrace sunburst chairs.
