Meet the Animals

press release: Meet our popular education critters!

While the rooftop is closed for construction, kids are invited to meet our rooftop education animals as they come to visit downstairs. Meet the animal and learn more about their habitats, adaptations, and diets. Each week we will meet a different one of our animals.

Connecting with animals is a good way for kids to learn more about the interconnectedness of all living things. They gain empathy for other creatures and understanding of life cycles and adaptations animals have to make them successful in the wild.

This event is free for museum members or free with admission. No pre-registration is required.

$7 admission while the rooftop is closed.
