Can meditation make you a better, more productive writer? Absolutely! Come together with other writers and find ways to tune out the daily challenges and disruptions of life and make time, space and energy for our creative passions. Combine practical solutions for the "no time to write" blues with science and time-tested methods for quieting the mind and inviting the powerful flow of creativity. Class consists of instruction, guided meditation, and writing exercises - in 3 sessions, instructed by Kelly Harms, author of The Good Luck Girls of Shipwreck Lane. For more information, please visit http://kellyharms.com/. For ages 15+. Note on attendance: We encourage you to attend all three consecutive sessions with Kelly, but it is not mandatory. Once the class fills, there will be a short wait list. For questions or to modify your registration, please contact Aaron Fai, volunteer coordinator for the Bubbler's creative writing series, at aaronfai@gmail.com.
