This Mindfulness in Everyday Life series will offer: A deep exploration of what mindfulness is, why it’s important, and its benefits, as well as information on experiential learning and practice, discussion, sharing, and reflection, etc. This series also delves into new ways to tap into our environment to support our mindfulness practice, and practical ways to make mindfulness real in everyday life.
