RSVP for Miso Making
press release: Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning produced by fermenting soybeans, chickpeas, adzuki, or other beans with salt and a culture called koji. Learn how to prepare the beans for fermenting, and then how to make the culture and add it to the beans. You will take home a jar of miso with instructions on how to finish fermenting it at home, along with recipes. Instructor: Linda Conroy (Moonwise Herbs)
