MMSD English Language Learner Plan

Did you know that one in three students in the Madison Metropolitan School District is an English Language Learner (ELL)? To address the gap in achievement between ELLs and native English speaking students, we are developing an ELL Plan, and would like the community to contribute. Please join us at an upcoming meeting.

Meetings in English, with Spanish interpretation available:

    5/26, 6-8 pm: Goodman Community Center (149 Waubesa St.)

    5/27, 6-8 pm: Meadowood Neighborhood Center (5750 Raymond Rd.)

    5/28, 6-8 pm: Lussier Community Education Center (55 S. Gammon Rd.)

    6/3, 6-8 pm: Urban League of Greater Madison (2222 S. Park St #200)

Meetings in Spanish, with English interpretation available:

    6/2, 6-8 pm: Vera Court Neighborhood Center (614 Vera Ct.)

    6/6, 12-2 pm: Bridge Lake Point Waunona Neighborhood Center (1917 Lake Point Dr.) from 12-2 p.m.
