press release: Morgan James started on Broadway, facing a lot of rejection before landing leading roles in Motown The Musical and Godspell. She is currently promoting her debut album, ‘Hunter,' (Epic Records) while writing and recording her next album. The record boasts powerful and personal renditions of Prince’s “Call My Name” in addition to its original eleven tracks. Morgan was the last person to have Prince's blessing to record his music. Her new album RECKLESS ABANDON is due in Spring 2017
