Party with a Purpose-Night at the Spa

Please join us for an evening of great networking, pampering from

Kneaded Relief Day Spa & Wellness, appetizers and wine & a chance to learn about The Business Forum

Foundation and the National Kidney Foundation.

Date: October 22, 2015

Time: 5:30pm-8:30pm

Cost: This year we are offering different  levels for registration:

o   Raffle Package: $150.00 or more (wine, appetizers, up to 7 services, 5 raffle entries)

o   Full package:  $100.00 or more (wine, appetizers, up to 7 services, 2 raffle entries)

o   Gold Package:   $75.00 (wine, appetizers, up to 4 services)

o   Silver Package: $50.00 (wine, appetizers, up to 2 services)

-          Raffle Prize:  $100.00 Gift Card to Kneaded Relief

The donation can go solely to either charity or be split between the two: The Business Forum Foundation and The National Kidney Foundation.

We don’t know exactly what services will be included until night of (depends on staffing), but in the past it has included chair messages, manicures, pedicures, hand messages, skin treatments and waxing services.

The Business Forum and The Business Forum Foundation foster the personal and professional growth of its members and other women through networking, scholarships, outreach and community involvement. Event proceeds go to The Business Forum Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) that awards scholarships to women who attend college in Wisconsin. To date, more than $300,000 has been given in scholarships.
