This year's Annual Dinner carries special significance as OPEN Foundation focuses its efforts on service, equity, and belonging, along with intentionality and intersectionality for LGBTQ+ individuals. The event aims to raise vital resources to support career readiness, workforce development, and economic mobility within the LGBTQ+ community.

The Celebration of Community Annual Dinner will feature distinguished speakers, Afra Smith and Ziggy Odogun, both influential figures known for their dedication to empowering marginalized communities.

Afra Smith founded The Melanin Project in 2019, with a mission to eradicate wealth disparities for women of the Black and African diaspora. She empowers countless individuals with her inspirational journey from personal financial challenges to becoming a financial coach and advocate for wealth literacy..

Ziggy Odogun, a multifaceted innovator, coach, activist, and photographer, defies stereotypes and prejudices to stand up for love, understanding, and acceptance. Her diverse experiences, from playing professional soccer to pursuing a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Change, have driven her commitment to equity and empowerment.

Get ready to groove as DJ Femme Noir, aka Tempestt Ballenger, electrifies the crowd with her magnetic mixes of mainstream and underground music.

The event will be hosted by the charismatic Bianca Lynn Breeze, a Wisconsin Premier Drag Queen Bingo Hostess and event producer with over a decade of experience in entertaining and educating diverse audiences.
