Open Mic Night in the Garden

Join the Horticulture Society of UW-Madison and Slow Food UW for an Open Mic Night in the Allen Centennial Garden.

Slow Food UW will be grilling: 

Cheese Burger with Hook's Cheddar on a grilled walnut, soybean, caramelized onion patty or Conscious Carnivore beef patty brushed with butter and herbs, served with lettuce, onion, tomatoes on a grilled bun 

Rosemary roasted potatoes- baby potatoes grilled with rosemary, sunflower oil, sea salt (v)(vg)

Coleslaw- shredded cabbage, carrots, celeriac with a creamy buttermilk vinaigrette (v)

Cookies- fruit cookies, nut cookies, chocolate cookies
