Operation Fresh Start Open House
media release: Learn more about Operation Fresh Start’s free programs for young adults ages 16-24. You'll be able to learn about each program, meet program coordinators, and tour the building! OFS is a nonprofit with a 53-year history of empowering emerging adults on a path to self-sufficiency through education, mentoring, and employment training. Our quarterly Open Houses are free and open to the public but we appreciate RSVP’s. If you can’t make the Open House, please contact us to schedule a private meeting to learn more about a specific program.
- Legacy, Drive To Succeed, and Options provide alternative pathways to earning a high school diploma.
- Build Academy and Conservation Academy provide advanced, paid, hands-on training and career development.
- Drive helps young adults ages 18-24 earn their learner's permit and driver's license with all fees covered.
- CareerScape provides career counseling, including assistance with resumes, applications, job shadows, and more.
- CareerPoint is a paid professional development program with placement in an internship leading to a career.
