Resiliency is the ability to “ride the waves” of changes especially if they are unexpected, overwhelming, or negative. We all have choices about how to deal with those changes. Being resilient starts with a positive outlook but includes much more than that.
This session includes:
- What Is Resiliency - define what it means and why it matters?
- How Resilient Are You? -Take a resiliency quiz to learn more about your strengths and weaknesses, and raise awareness of where you can make changes.
- Factors that Contribute to Being Resilient - Skills used to enhance coping during difficult times.
- How to Improve Your Resiliency – Steps that you can take starting today to be more resilient and enjoy your life.
