media release: Over 2,000 guests packed the house at the first SAUCED Night Market in Madison, which took place last November. Due to the overwhelmingly positive response to the event, SAUCED is kicking off its 2025 night market season by returning to Madison. The SAUCED Spring Night Market will pop up in Garver Feed Mill (3241 Garver Green) on Friday, April 11 from 5 to 10 p.m. with over 50 local vendors and tunes by DJ Dudley Noon.
SAUCED is a different kind of pop-up market experience. The event brings together a curated selection of vendors selling everything from screen-printed apparel to vintage home decor, small-batch hot sauce to cheeky cross-stitch art. With its lively atmosphere and festive libations, SAUCED is more than just a place to shop, it’s a one-stop-shop for all things local.
The night market will feature vendors from every corner of Wisconsin. Madison-based vendors include Love U Candle, Jen Hough Designs, Megan Stout's Illustrations, Ten By Ten, and Tori's Trinkets. Joining the market from Milwaukee are Plume, Chase My Creations, Jungle Gems, Peach Beast, and Persika Design Co. Making the trip up from Chicago are Midwest Nice, Glazy Sunday, and Soothsayer Hot Sauce. The full lineup can be found at saucedmarket.com.
In addition to a wide variety of retail offerings, the market will also feature treats from Miggy's Bakes and Ice Cream Social as well as cocktails by Dancing Goat Distillery and Berens Old Fashioned Brandy. “The SAUCED team was floored by the support for our first Madison market and we knew we had to get back as soon as possible,” said Sarah Freeman, founder of SAUCED Night Market. The Spring Night Market is free to attend with RSVP at ticketleap.events/tickets/

About SAUCED
SAUCED is a night market dedicated to emerging chefs, artists, and artisans. Founded in November 2014, SAUCED pops up from the underground to make evenings more interesting—like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, with less pizza and more fancy pop tarts. SAUCED takes the traditional market format and flips it on its head with a live DJ and all-local goods taking over the city’s most exciting spaces.
