Do not get too close to whatever is going on here.
Screamin' Acres is back for the Halloween season.

press release: All tickets are sold online! We want to ensure that we can evenly spread out our attendance throughout the season to provide the best experience possible. Buy your tickets now before they sell out! All online tickets are valid for the time slot you select. For example; If you have selected 7 pm for your time slot, you may arrive anytime between 7 pm and 8 pm. If we are running behind at the box office, we will always honor valid tickets for that night. You must be on the grounds during your timeslot to gain admission!
The average time for completion is 45 minutes after entry - some of the best value in the midwest! Each ticket includes all four of our attractions. Once you enter, you continue until completion (it is one continuous experience). Screamin Acres has over 22,000 square feet of haunted attraction and an additional 3-acre cornfield that is also a part of the experience.
You will encounter ‘checkpoints’ at the start of each attraction. These spots serve the purpose of ensuring that the group spacing is adequate throughout your experience and to remove visitors who do not follow our simple rules. Fast Pass tickets do not apply here - as you will only be there for 2-4 minutes. We try our hardest to ensure an even pace throughout our attractions.
Groups will never exceed eight persons. We have to be slow in order to let groups smaller than 6 persons through - do not expect to have a two-person experience!
Roughly 80% of Screamin Acres is indoors. Boots are recommended. Dress in layers appropriate to the outdoor temperature. The ticket and primary line are covered and indoors respectively, so no need to worry about standing in the cold for very long. We expect to be open in all weather, which usually enhances the experience to your favor. In the event of a single heavy rain, for a short period, we may ‘freeze’ the event temporarily for everyone’s safety until the rains have passed. In extreme weather cases, we will cancel the event for the night for everyone’s safety and issue a refund to all ticket holders for that night. Always refer to our Facebook page for nightly updates!
You will experience low visibility, artificial fog (water-based), strobe lights, loud audio, uneven pathways, wet environments, vulgar language, tight walkways, and low ceilings. You are not encouraged to participate if you are diagnosed with heart problems, pregnant, have severe claustrophobia, are prone to seizures, or elderly. Children under the age of 12 are not recommended to attend this event. Screamin Acres Haunted Houses reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone with an injury or illness that requires crutches or a cast. Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be admitted.
No smoking. No drinking. No Running. No Photography or Video. No touching actors or props. No refunds. Violators of these rules will be asked to leave without a refund. That's it. It isn't hard to have fun at Screamin Acres and be safe at the same time. For this reason, we will act vigilantly to see to the enforcement of these rules.

FAST PASS UPGRADE - we only sell fast passes as upgrades at the box office window because we don’t want to sell you something you may not need if lines are not particularly long. If you don’t want to wait in line, ask at the box office window for an upgrade! This only applies to the primary waiting line. ($10)
Screamin Acres was established in 2011 by Jacob Eugster with the goal of paying off a few years of college. Since then, it has grown tenfold. It has become a large part of the Madison Area artistic community and has catered to tens of thousands of audiences from all over the Central Midwest. Now, we seek to continue to grow and adapt in order to never stop improving the quality of the experience that we provide.
