Seasonal Chef's Dinner
press release: Join The Coopers Tavern for a very special seasonal dinner as Chef Cooper Booth highlights the flavors of the harvest with fresh local fruits, vegetables, and herbs provided by Troy Farm, Madison's first urban farm, throughout three unique courses. Indeed, no dinner here is complete without an expertly paired craft beer with each course. The dinner will be held upstairs in The Coopers Tavern's beautiful Bier Hall looking out onto the capitol.
Proceeds to benefit Community GroundWorks at Troy Farm.
