Ready to Explore New Markets:  Selling Local Produce to Wholesale Buyers

Food buyers and sellers are invited!

Join us to learn and network at this workshop on Monday, September 12 from 1-4 p.m. at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison.

Hear from representatives from schools and hospitals as well as retailers and restaurants on how to best maintain and sustain purchasing relationships. Enjoy an afternoon snack and network with other producers on best practices and learn more from the buyers themselves. This event is for both buyers and sellers.

Guest speakers will include Chef Ellen from UW Health, Jessica, Store Manager, from Metcalfe's Market, Chef Patrick from Salvatore's Tomato Pies, and a Farm to School representative.

Tables will be available to display product and price sheets. Be sure to bring along business cards!

The registration fee is just $10 per person.
