RSVP for Storm Drain Labeling
Sunday, August 23rd, 9:15 AM – 12 noon
Meet at the First Unitarian Society parking lot (900 University Bay Drive, Madison). Volunteers will work in teams of 3 or 4, going to a nearby neighborhood. We will mark storm drains with labels that say: "No dumping, Drains to Lake". Storm water awareness is essential in protecting the health of Madison's lakes.
We ask that you RSVP for this project by Saturday 8/22 at: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0d4aa9a92f4-storm1 Or call Liz Wessel, 608-238-9934.
Children age 8 and up with an accompanying adult are welcome to help with this project. Please sign up children individually as volunteers. This project welcomes people with physical limitations, as long as you can ride in a car and walk or wheel several blocks.
