press release: On Behalf of the Delta Delta Chapter of Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity Incorporated, the Zeta Xi chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and the National Association of Black Journalists we would like to invite you all to The Black and Brown Vote: A discussion about civic engagement in the current political climate.
The event will feature a panel of students, faculty members, and community members. The group of panelists will speak about how news influences our democratic process, civic engagement in communities of color, and student activism.
This panel will be moderated by Marquise Mays (NABJ/ SJMC Student). The panelists include:
