Harvest is hosting a farm-to-table dinner fresh with inspiration from The Cider Farm. Deirdre Birmingham and John Biondi, founders and proprietors of The Cider Farm realized their dream in 2003 when they began to create their cider farm in the rolling, picturesque countryside of southwestern Wisconsin. Harvest will honor their efforts with a specially created menu by Chefs Amado Casanova, Stephen Greytak, Rebecca Peters and Pastry Chef Lindsay Wehmeyer.
