media release: THE DADS is a feature documentary that follows fathers across the U.S. building a nascent movement to support their trans and gender-expansive kids amid a shifting political landscape. At a moment when trans families are increasingly targeted, this film offers a counter-narrative rooted in love.
This free film screening was made possible by GSAFE, TransParent, PFLAG Madison, East High and The Dads Foundation.
A Q&A session will follow the screening. Seating is first come, first served.
Doors will open at 6:30pm. The event will start at 7pm. Enter at Door 2 on 4th Street, off the small parking lot.
