Join Dr. David Berceli, internationally renowned trauma specialist and creator of TRE®, as he takes us through 7 simple exercises used to release daily stress, chronic tension and past trauma. It leaves you with a feeling of deep relaxation and brings the body back to a feeling of balance.
TRE® (Tension, Stress & Trauma Release Exercise) is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. TRE® safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of equilibrium. Reported benefits include: easy to learn, more energy, better sleep, less worry and anxiety, and more.
TREs MILITARY RESEARCH PROJECT was recently awarded a $494,859.00 grant by The Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) to study the use of TRE for stress and PTSD with veterans.
Module 1-Training is a more in-depth knowledge base for personal use and/or the first step toward the certification process. To find out more info on TRE or Dr Berceli, go to www.treforall.org
