press release: The High Noon Saloon will be the place to be on Thursday, March 21.  The La Crosse reggae-rock and ska band, TUGG will team up with St. Louis based band, Aaron Kamm and The One Drops for a concert. With spring right around the corner after a very long and late winter for Madison, this will be the perfect event to get into a sunnier mindset. The event will be hosted at The High Noon Saloon located at 701 E Washington Ave. Doors will open at 8:30 pm and there will be a $10 cover charge.
