The Friends of Pheasant Branch Conservancy is sponsoring a music series entitled "Tunes on Tuesdays" from July 5th thru August 9th. The idea is to allow local musicians a natural setting to play acoustic music for the community.
Each session begins at 6:00pm until 8:00pm and will be held at various locations in the Conservancy. Music and the natural setting are good for the body and the soul. When we go into a natural setting we hear the sounds of nature. The fauna and the flora have their own songs. An authentic experience with music in a natural setting establishes a closer relationship with the outdoor world.
Please visit the website (www.pheasantbranch.org) for specific locations of the music in July and August. Parking suggestions: Dane County Parking Lot on Pheasant Branch Road or, for a bit more of a walk, Orchid Heights Park in Middleton. Watch for the signs at the entry areas.
