ULGMYP Homecoming Tailgate

media release: Urban League of Greater Madison Young Professionals (ULGMYP) is hosting events for Fall Join Week, Sept 24–27.

ULGMYP works year-round to build community, foster civic engagement, and retain diverse young talent in Madison. Retaining diverse leaders takes more than just job offers—it requires a real sense of belonging, great local spots, and spaces to connect. Our Fall Join Week offers an accessible, low-pressure entry point for young folks looking to get plugged into the city's civic and social scene.

Fall Join Week continues with a Friday Homecoming-style tailgate (21+) with free food, yard games, kicking back in our favorite college gear while building community!

Come and kickback with the Madison YPs as we bring unapologetic Black joy, college tailgate energy, and community pride to life through a Homecoming-style tailgate hosted at Penn Park. Open to those 21 and older, our tailgate will have free food and yard games to enjoy. Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite college or team gear, Greek paraphernalia, or their Madison YP chapter shirts.

See you there!
