UW MadHatters, Hawkapella, Blue Notes, Completely Serious

press release: The famous UW MadHatters will make a special one-time appearance at Oregon High School will all proceeds benefitting the Oregon High School vocal music program. Tickets are only $7 for students and seniors and $10 for adults at oregonsd.tix.com. Parents Ken and Marcy Heim are hosting the MadHatters to recognize the amazing vocal experience their kids had at Oregon High School and give back to the school. Son, RJ Heim, will be performing with the MadHatters and second son, David Heim, will be performing with the UW Whitewater A Capelle group as an opening act. Additionally the outstanding McFarland a Capella group will also be showcased.  Tunes will cover the '50s to today’s hits.

The MadHatters began in 1997, as the first a cappella on the UW campus. The musical prowess of the MadHatters has taken them to sometimes unbelievable heights. From performing at the UW Band Concert, to singing at Miller Park, the Governor’s Mansion, Lambeau field, and the White House (twice!). Their eight albums have been greeted with acclaim both in the Madison community and abroad, with their most recent album, Red White and Blazers.
