Vibe High
media release: Vibe High is a 6th year, three-day, family friendly music festival which includes art, wellness, kayaking and canoeing, live sound immersion, dance, kid's activities, camping, vending and everything that creates community around music.
National, regional and local acts include Balkan Bump, TreeHouse!, Sierra Marin, Useful Jenkins, DJ Kayla Kush and Spare Change Trio to name a few. Live painting by one of the last living Grateful Dead artists, Chuck Hues. And two nights of epic silent spins (silent disco) with 5 djs for the late night. All hosted by our MC, Big Zach.
We'll also be exploring the different variations of experiences from women in the music industry. Moderated by WORT FM's & Madison's very own, DJ Kayla Kush.
Gates open at 10am on Friday, Sept 11, at Sweet Minihaha Campground in Brodhead. Volunteer, vending and food vending spots are still available. Don't miss the kickoff with opening ceremony in the early afternoon. We'll continue the day with acoustic sets Friday, the full on get-down on Saturday, and we'll end things at the beach stage on Sunday. Three stages of music to end the summer.
This is an intimate festival with a max capacity of 600. Weekend ($80) and day passes available. Leashed dogs are welcome. Don't wait!
