Westside Community Farmers' Market

Once again you can find us nestled inside University Research Park at 505 S. Rosa Road, every weekend through early November. 

We've got a great lineup for you this year, full of all your favorites plus some promising new additions to the market family.

Food scraps drop-off will be available from 7:00am to 12:30pm on Saturdays. The appropriate scraps will be accepted every Saturday at this market from May 3, 2025 and ending on November 1, 2025.

You can bring coffee grounds, eggshells, raw fruits, raw vegetables, and other similar scraps.

Do not bring meat, bones, baked goods, compostable plastics, paper products, grease, or dairy products (including cheese).

Staff at the food scraps drop-off tent will be there to help you, too, if you have any questions.

Are there other food scraps drop-off sites?

Our Eastside Farmers’ Market site at McPike Park started on Tuesday, April 29.  And our South Madison Market will start on June 3, 2025.

The  Dane County Department of Waste and Renewables will also have drop-off points around Dane County starting in June, including two locations in Madison.
