Registration fees for the 2023 conference
Full conference (in-person):
- Undergraduate and Graduate Students – $105 (provide proof of current student status)
- WWA Members – $168 (a 20% discount. Join or renew today and save!)
- Nonmembers – $210
The above fees reflect early bird rates good through January 20, 2023. After January 20, fees increase by $40.
Wednesday evening banquet: Tickets to the in-person banquet with a presentation are $60 per person. Anyone is welcome to attend the banquet even if they are not attending the conference.
NEW: Pay-What-You-Can Registration: This option is for non-student attendees for whom the conference registration fees pose a barrier to attending. We do not want registration fees to keep people who want to attend this conference from being able to attend. If you cannot afford to pay the full-price fees to attend the conference, select this option to pay what you can afford to cover some of WWA’s base costs. Donations by other conference attendees and sponsors will cover the difference. Registration includes access to all three days of the conference. Note that workshops, field trips, and the banquet are optional ticketed events (with additional fees not covered by this pay-what-you-can option).
On-demand only (access as of March 1, 2023, to recordings of conference oral and banquet presentations).
- Students – $25
- WWA Members – $40
- Nonmembers – $50
