The long-running TV show Whose Line Is It Anyway? returned to The CW network in fall 2021 for its 18th season, and while it's not yet confirmed whether the show will continue...who needs the box when there is a real-life option? Cast members Jeff B. Davis, Greg Proops, Ryan Stiles and Gary Anthony Williams will bring their improv skills to Madison with the current touring incarnation, Whose Live Anyway? The comedy is based on audience suggestions — and be prepared to possibly end up on stage if your idea is used.
press release: The current cast members of the Emmy-nominated TV show Whose Line Is It Anyway? are proud to present their new improv tour: WHOSE LIVE ANYWAY? at Overture Hall on Saturday, April 2 at 8 p.m. Tickets ($30-65) are available at overture.org.
WHOSE LIVE ANYWAY? is 90 minutes of hilarious improvised comedy and song all based on audience suggestions. Cast members Ryan Stiles, Greg Proops, Jeff B. Davis and Gary Anthony Williams will leave you gasping with the very witty scenes they invent before your eyes. Audience participation is key to the show, so bring your suggestions and you might be asked to join the cast onstage! WHOSE LIVE ANYWAY? showcases some of the improv games made famous on the long-running TV show as well as some exciting new ones, featuring musical direction by Bob Derkach.
All ages are welcomed, but please note that some “PG-13” language will be used during the performance.
