The Reverend David Couper, former Madison police chief, and now an Episcopal priest, will speak on "Why police matter and what we need to do about it." Couper is well known as a priest and a poet, and as an activist, working for justice and forgiveness.
David Couper will speak on Wednesday, October 14, at 7 pm in the Guild Hall of Grace Church on the Capitol Square, 116 West Washington Avenue.
