Wednesday, March 9, All day: Three Madison chefs, Matt Moyer (Great Dane), Joe Gaglio (Gotham Bagels) and Shinji Muramoto (Sushi Muramoto, Restaurant Muramoto, 43 North) compete in a head-to-head competition at Great Dane to fight for the title of Chicken Wing Champion of Madison. The chefs will supply the sauces; patrons get four wings with each sauce and vote for their favorite.
