The panel will include Rick Esenberg, president and general counsel of WILL, the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty.  Jeff Mandell, election law expert at Stafford Rosenbaum and board president, Law Forward.  Debra Cronmiller, executive director of the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin and chair of the Wisconsin Fair Maps Coalition. Joe Handrick, former Republican Assembly member, Minocqua Town chairman and redistricting expert.

Check-in and lunch begin at 11:30 a.m., the program will start at noon and last approximately 1 hour.
