When Isadora loses her baby, her only companions are her devoted servant, Rocio, and cruel husband, Septimo. Soon after, a pregnant stranger arrives with a bargain: in return for being fed, clothed, and sheltered, she will give Septimo her baby and leave forever. Unless, that is, the distant wolves have their way.
