The band Wolves of Glendale.
Wolves of Glendale (from left): Eric Jackowitz, Ethan Edenburg and Tom McGovern.
Individually, Eric Jackowitz, Ethan Edenburg and Tom McGovern have extensive experience as entertainers: podcasting, studio work/touring as support players, songwriting, acting/directing and more. As Wolves of Glendale they put all that experience into gleefully over-the-top satires of modern rock. They are such slick players and singers it would be easy to mistake their songs as the straight article until you start paying attention to the lyrics. They're on tour behind the release of their self-titled debut album in January. With Seasaw.

media release: Wolves of Glendale have hit a major milestone with the January 26 release of their self-titled debut album, marking it with a sold-out show at Los Angeles’s historic venue, The Troubadour. Produced by John Spiker (known for his work with Tenacious D) and Rian Lewis (notable for collaborations with Doja Cat and Ty Dolla $ign), the album of all original music promises to be a riotous celebration of their unique brand of comedy/rock-infused music.
In support of the release, WoG have just embarked on a 35-city tour and will make their SXSW debut in March as well as a Fall run in the United Kingdom, marking their first visit across the Atlantic.
Wolves of Glendale is a band born from the minds and talents of Ethan Edenburg (vocals/guitar), Eric Jackowitz (vocals/drums) and Tom McGovern (vocals/keyboards), and they’ve swiftly carved out their own niche in the comedy and music world. Armed with a keen eye for life’s absurdities coupled with amazing musical abilities, Wolves of Glendale have taken the comedy scene by storm, amassing a devoted fanbase and a substantial social media following in just a year of its creation.
Their rise to prominence has been nothing short of meteoric. With performances at prestigious events like the Netflix Is a Joke Festival and opening for iconic acts such as Tenacious D, David Cross, Reggie Watts and Jukebox the Ghost, Wolves of Glendale have, in the words of Los Angeles magazine, that they are “Equally at home performing in front of music lovers or comedians, Wolves of Glendale carefully tread the line between rock and belly laughs.”
In their short but vibrant career, Wolves of Glendale have already delivered five digital singles to their eager audience. “Olivia,” their debut single from 2022, was a hit, and their follow-ups, “Vapin’ in Vegas,” “The Gym,” “Loud Ass Car” and “Just Give Me Cash” were released earlier this year and continue to tickle the proverbial funny bone while keeping the heads banging. Their live performances are equally enthralling, often enriched with clever parodies of popular songs, adding an extra layer of comedy to their live shows.
Wolves of Glendale have masterfully leveraged social media to grow their fanbase, boasting over 50,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, where their main singles, “Olivia” and “Vapin’ in Vegas” have garnered impressive streaming numbers.
