Many times, I have not made it but two steps from the front door before tearing into that card, savoring the news of my nephew Sam beginning to crawl or of my friend Doris' trip to China. Cards provide a tangible connection between people, reminding us of good times past and those yet to come.
Artfully making those connections is the letterpress studio 622 press, owned by .

The Daily Page: When did you open your Etsy shop and what do you sell?
I bought my press June 22, 2008 and officially opened up shop in late July -- it seems like so long ago now! 622 press is a letterpress studio specializing in ready-made greeting cards, stationery and fine art prints as well as custom invitations, business cards and other printed material. Letterpress is an antique method of printing in which raised and inked images and type are physically imprinted into the paper, leaving a beautiful physical impression and very clean lines.
